I'm still trying to get my 25 Christmas cards made for Cards for Heroes, nevermind the fact that I need to figure out what I'll send for a card this year. I enjoyed this sketch and had fun with a new stamp from the $1 bin at Michael's. Love those mini Studio G packs! I'm exhausted from my day at school and wish I could get a picture that would do the card justice. The sentiment panel is popped up on dimensionals and really 'speaks.' Off to prep for tomorrow...glad I could share today...
Paper: Whisper White, Regal Rose, Rose Red, SU dsps, unknown Olive
Ink: Olive Stazon, Black Stazon
Stamps: Studio G (holly), retired SU (sentiment)
Other: unknown ribbon, dimensionals
What a simply lovely card. I really like the different mix of pattern papers that you used.
ReplyDeleteYEAH for 3 day weekends!!! Love your Mojo card. Sorry to hear you felt unwell. What's not to love about $1 stamps :-)
ReplyDeletebeautiful! so glad you're feeling better.
ReplyDeletehugs,
This such a clean crisp design, it looks terrific! Beth
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! I love the colors and what you did with the layout.
ReplyDeleteThree teachers I teach with went home Friday with a sore throat. I try to remember to use my mic. We all have microphones in our classrooms. They really save the throat that first week when we remember to use them. I forgot today and I could tell by 3:00.
I am glad you got to make a card. I made two cards and a scrapbook page last weekend but I scheduled the post to show up one at a time. I am too tired to even walk down stairs to my craft room tonight.
Caryl, this is so pretty. I love the clean and simple lines, and that sentiment is wonderful! I'm going to 'have' to be at Michael's on Friday, wonder if they'll have any left??? Hope you feel better! Makes me sad to think of you sick! Hugs!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun Christmas card!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good life!
