Guess what...

....showed up at school for me yesterday?

My first NEW car!!! Except I didn't have my camera at school so I took pictures at home. I've never had a car with less than 70,000 miles on it--I just hit 100 miles with this one yesterday. With DH working at a dealership this year we took advantage of a few deals. Isn't he so cute putting balloons on it and everything? Check out my Camry!
Too bad that grass will get a bit of snow on it and my beautiful car as well. But it's nothing like what the rest of the country is going through so I'm not complaining!

And yes, the gas pedal is fine!
Smiles,

  2. Yikes! How much fun!!! Congrats on your beautiful new car! I can't even imagine! I have never had a new car either. I'm determined that at our ages, our next car WILL be brand new, as it will probably be the last we buy. I'm so proud and happy for you sweetie!!! (by the way, I left you a little sidenote on my blog yesterday!!!)

  5. Awesome! I worked at dealerships for 25 years, and I always got a kick out of seeing someone buy a car as a "present"! The first year I worked there, a man came in & bought his wife a Buick Riviera ($9000--a fortune in that day) and put a big huge red bow on the roof. I thought he was the nicest guy ever!!! I hope his wife appreciated it as much as you do!!!
