For this card I used the Pink Elephant Sketch and the colors from Stacey's latest Curtain Call. I've been stumped about which stamps to use lately, so I went to my trusty old Happy Harmony from SU. It took a bit to get there but I like the end result. Thanks for stopping by!

Curtain Call
Ugh, this weather is blah and making my mood the same! We had a bit of snow when I woke up, but it turned to rain and a driveway full of slush. So I made a card and stayed in my pj's until 3....you can do that on vacation. Then I pushed the slush off the driveway. Except the whole day just put me in a funk of a mood so I'll have to change the routine tomorrow.

You sure make beautiful cards when you're in a funky mood! This is just gorgeous, Caryl!!! Sometimes it's just hard to get started! Great job, dear friend! Hope you are enjoying your vacation - I like having you off work! Hugs...
ReplyDeleteWow Caryl!!! This is stunning! So crisp and clean and elegant! Awesome.
ReplyDeletegorgeous card, Caryl! love the scallop edge and those sweet pearl accents...you rocked both challenges:) thanks so much for playing the Curtain Call!
ReplyDeleteLove your layout and how you tied everything together! The Navy DSP is a great addition!
ReplyDeleteCaryl, I love this!!! Love how you combined the Curtain Call colors (just came across this site a few minutes ago...looks like some fun color combos!), your sweet pearls, and the stamp set you chose! Would you believe that I don't think I've inked that set up YET?!!?!! Ack! Thanks for the reminder to pull it out! :>
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Caryl, love the color you chose for this card! Thanks for joining us this week at TPE!
ReplyDeleteBoy you sure do nice work when you are in a funky mood. We had beautiful sun today but it was so cold. I am so thankful we aren't getting all the snow out east is.
ReplyDeleteI love all the layer on your card and the colors.
Did you see the video of my craft room?
Caryl this card has a real sophisticated style... way to go! Beth
ReplyDeleteIn your pj's til 3?? You're my kinda friend!!! LOL Shoveling slush is easier than shoveling drifted snow, but either way we'd rather not have to shovel anything!
ReplyDeleteI love this card! I love any shade of blue and green together and this one is wonderful! I just love those dandelions and how pretty they look! Nice job on the double challenge!!
This sketch is perfect to show off your pretty stamp. I like that patterned paper and the use of the pearls.
ReplyDeleteI can't stay in my pjs all day. It always makes me feel like I've been lazy even if I've been busy all day.
Adorable pearl accents!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good life!
